Privacy policy
What this website collects when you visit or send us a message, why, and how to contact us about it. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by BizHause LLC, a company registered in the United States. You can reach us at [email protected].
The contact form
When you send the form we receive the name, email address, optional phone number and message you typed. We store them on our own server and forward them to our inbox by email through Resend, a mail delivery provider. The address your request came from is stored only as a one-way hash so we can limit abuse; the address itself is not kept. We use what you send to reply to you about your project and for nothing else. Messages stay in our records until we delete them; write to us if you want yours removed.
Analytics
We use two tools to understand how the site is used. Umami, hosted on our own server, counts page views and clicks without cookies and without storing your IP address or anything that identifies you. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (scrolling, clicks, taps) to help us improve the layout; it may set cookies and processes this data on Microsoft's systems under Microsoft's privacy statement. Form fields are masked in recordings.
Hosting and security
The site is served through Cloudflare, which protects it against attacks and may set a short-lived security cookie and measure page performance. The server itself is hosted by Hetzner. Standard server logs record requests for security and error diagnosis and are rotated automatically.
Links to other sites
Links to WhatsApp, our products and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can block analytics scripts and cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
